Ive used this program for years. Its particularly helpful in waking me up without arousing my wife, whos a deeper sleeper but not that deep. One problem since I upgraded to iPad Air 2 and iOS 8/9 is that I couldnt get both the sleep and wake buttons to show in a single orientation. In landscape I can see the sleep button only and in portrait I can see the wake button only. A minor annoyance most of the time, but sometimes I wake in the middle of the night and want to restart the sleep sounds program, so this is a little too much for my sleep addled brain. I discovered the work around for this is to OPEN THE PROGRAM IN PORTRAIT MODE. After that it will rotate back and forth as its supposed to. Anyway, its not enough to make me abandon such a great program!
Hey, how about adding a "distant train" sound, complete with a low train horn? Heard that once while camping and found it to be very soothing.
