I just got this app and tried it out... Holy crap, was it useful! I tend to have bouts of insomnia, or lots of anxieties throughout the day that keeps me restless at night. But then I tried one of the meditations and voila--I was so surprised to find myself easing into sleep without a problem!
The alarms effective too, and it actually worked to get my sister up (shes notorious for ignoring her alarm clocks). Loving it so far--cant wait to see what else the app can give us :D
